The story

I’ve worked in technology since the start of my career.

First on the commercial side of sales, where I learned how growth actually happens: clear messaging, consistent pipeline, sharp qualification, and the ability to turn interest into revenue. That early experience taught me that even the best product does not sell itself. People need to understand the value, trust the path forward, and see why now is the right time to act.

From there, I moved deeper into product. I joined an agricultural technology startup in Amsterdam as employee #36.There, I helped ship AI products, rebuilt the release engine from 45-day cycles to 15 days, and created the pipeline that turned scattered user feedback into prioritized product decisions.

That experience shaped the way I see transformation. Technology only works when the system around it works: the requirements, the process, the data, the decision-making, the feedback loops, and the people who have to use what gets built.

When I moved back to Curaçao, I built Dream Life Design Lab, an online sales consulting business helping experts turn their knowledge into offers, messaging, content, and sales systems that consistently convert. I helped coaches, consultants, and service providers package their expertise, generate organic leads, improve their sales conversations, and sell higher-ticket offers.

In 2025, I expanded back into consulting, bringing together the full arc of my experience: technology, sales, product development, AI, and digital transformation.

Today, I help two types of clients. Experts who want to turn their skill into a high-ticket sales system.

And organizations that want to digitalize, implement AI, or improve operations without wasting money on tools their people will not use.
